- Adult Learners Only: Our platform provides online English group classes and tuition for adult learners only (18 plus).
- Cancellation Policy: Our platform requires a 12-hour lock-in cancellation policy for all classes. This means that after your booking, you may not cancel or reschedule the class within 12 hours of the scheduled start time of the appointment.
- Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns for any classes, packages, or materials purchased through our platform, except as required by law.
- Subscriber Perks: Our platform provides subscriber perks, which reset each month. These perks are only available to active subscribers and cannot be carried over to the next month.
- Intellectual Property: Our platform owns or licenses all class materials, and you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any class materials without our prior written consent.
- Privacy Notice: Our platform is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information only as necessary to provide our classes and services to you. We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in our collection, use, and processing of your personal information.
- Code of Conduct: Our platform is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment for all students. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to terminate any student’s enrollment in our platform for any reason, including a violation of our code of conduct.
- Time-Limited Packages and Google Classroom Access: Our platform offers packages with durations of 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the package purchased. Please note that package codes expire at the end of the specified duration. For users with Google Classroom access, if no booking is made within 60 days, access may be removed. Ensure active participation to maintain uninterrupted access.
